During our stay we were able to be comfortable in the home. While our time was limited with graduation activities and we did not use all of the amenities the home has a great variety of activities available.

Beautiful, clean, and full of everything you need for family fun. Loved it. The huge amount of beach towels were bonus. Little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten, full kitchen, even spices. Washer and drier bonus. Hot tub in an enclosed back yard was amazing. Dogs were safe and loved it. Thank you for making our vacation perfect.

This is not the fault of the host, but Google Maps shows Lakepoint S as a viable route to get to the house. Do not go down this road - it is a private road with a dead end and you will be trespassing on someone's property. The owner does not take kindly to strangers making a wrong turn.Otherwise, the house was great for hosting a large group!

The house was perfect for needs. Our daughter and her husband visited for a few days and we had plenty of room. Only downside was we found the hot tub dirty and water green. I messaged the owner, who told me where the chlorine was. After two days the water cleared, but it was still dirty, so I gave up. The grille was also dirty from a previous guest. The inside of the house was clean upon our arrival. Beds were comfortable, and the master shower was wonderful. Location was convenient and neighbors were friendly. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our Friendsgiving at this lovely home. Walking up in the morning to Sandhill Cranes and watching the sun rise over the lake made for a very relaxing evening. Gathering around the fire at night was another treat. Our kids had a great time playing all the indoor games, it was a big hit on the one day that it rained. This is the perfect place for a large gathering, with 9 bedrooms everyone had their own space. BONUS....pet friendly! The hosts are always available to assist with any issue that may arise. Highly recommend it!

A spacious and comfortable retreat. The house was immaculate, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.The outdoor spaces were ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We especially appreciated the privacy and seclusion the location offered.The host was incredibly responsive and made sure our check-in process was smooth and easy. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations and we would recommend staying at this location. We can’t wait to return and book again in the future.

Nice, quiet neighborhood! A few minutes drive to everything- grocery, restaurants, bars, marinas, and beaches! House has everything you need to be comfortable for a weekend or a week! Tastefully decorated and well laid out. Appreciated the dedicated work space in the kitchen and strong WiFi! Hosts were accommodating and very fast to respond! Would highly recommend!

Colleen was our saving grace for our trip to Fort Lauderdale. We had an issue with our originally booked air bnb and booked her house and checked in all within an hour. She was super responsive, communicated so well and made sure that even with the last minute notice, that we had everything we needed and were doing okay throughout our stay.

This home met all if our needs and more! The house was clean and nicely decorated inside. the porch overlooks a tropical yard with Banana, palm trees, and Seagrape. The yard and hot tub is draped by beautiful outdoor lights, that make for great pictures and atmosphere at night. More amenities were provided than we even expected, beach towels, chairs, snorkels and masks, cooler, inner tubes, etc. The central location in Marathon is a five minute drive from Publix and 8 mins from Sobrero Beach. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

This home was perfect for several of our family to stay while participating in the state baseball tournament. The kids enjoyed swinging, fishing and playing outside. The beds were super comfortable also. We will surely remember this in the event we are afforded the opportunity to participate in a state tournament again.

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette. We had such an amazing time!! The house was clean and very spacious. The pool and backyard are amazing, plus being on the water is beautiful as well. The house is easy to get into and secure with there being a gate. The host had plenty of bath towels and pool towels which was super convenient! We felt like we had our own space and were not bothered by any neighbors. The location is super close to the airport and about a 15 min Uber to downtown Fort Lauderdale. Ubers were always available to pick us up from the location. 10/10 stay!!

Wish I could give more stars!!! Beautiful home. Celebrated a 50th birthday party and everything went well! Host was responsive and caring! We even had an issue that we created and the host extended herself to help resolve our isuue!! VERY CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT… HARDROCK CASINO AND THE BEACH! Colpani was extremely responsive and very accommodating regarding early and late check in. Location was great, Ubers were always a few minutes away. Pool was amazing, lots of floats and towels. We celebrated my sister’s bachelorette and everyone kept saying it was such a great find! Would definitely come back!

We had such an amazing time in this house for my friends bachelorette of 12 girls. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to feel at home yet still be together having fun. Ubers came within 2 minutes every time and the grocery store is not far. The hosts responded right away and were so sweet & accommodating to all my early check in requests and questions. I would stay a thousand times over and know all the girls would say the same thing!

It was a beautiful and private place. We enjoyed staying there! We would absolutely love to stay in the future.

We stayed at Colleen and Jon’s house for a bachelorette weekend with 12 girls. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep & be together. Awesome kitchen to hang out. But the best part of the entire house — the backyard. We had a blast hanging out by the pool! House has plenty of rafts, too, which is super nice. Regarding location, house is 10 min Uber from airport & about 20-25 min Uber from bars/restaurants. There’s a coffee/breakfast place about a 20 min walk from the house as well as a Publix. Would def recommend for a group who is looking to be together/hang by the pool & have plenty of space to do so.

GREAT for hosting!We were a large group in town for a race at Sebring and felt right at home. The extra sleeping & hosting space was perfect to keep our drivers and crew together to share a meal at the end of the day.

We had the absolute best time here. The place was just like the pictures if not better! We had our wedding here and it was simply everything I could have asked for. The Spanish moss hanging from the trees made it feel magical and the view of Lake Josephine was breathtaking. The owners were extremely responsive, answered any and all questions. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

It was the perfect home for our trip to Florida. My husband cooks, so having a fully equiped kitchen was so good. It is closed to supermarkets and very nice beaches. Our host was simply wonderful😁.

We as a family stayed here fir Christmas and enjoyed every minute of our stay! we felt right at home. we all plan on booking again. Very nice hosts everything was wonderful and we don't have one negative thing to say! We did things every day...downtown Miami, Mermaid brunch show at B Ocean Resort, Jungle Queen boat with barbecue, Mararitaville, air boat ride, and the list goes on! There was nothing we were lacking at this wonderful home they shared with us. People that write furniture is old and worn or"don't like to talk bad about people" ...go stay at a 5 star resort and pay quadruple the$$$$. There is nothing wrong with "any" of the furniture. Beds are super comfy too. If you have an airbnb and people coming in and out constantly you don't know what some people can do to destroy "brand new" furniture! Don't think twice about booking this place. Location is in the middle of everything. Thank you again for our Christmas stay..you will see us all again :)

The stay started with a challenging check-in, the electronic door lock was very difficult to get in. Once inside the house met expectations based on the pictures in the listing. The house had no storage in the second and third bedroom for clothing, and did not have pillows in the master bed, except decorative pillow shams. The house had a lot of towels and plenty of essentials to get your stay started without having to travel to the store. They also had snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and an umbrella, a nice addition, and much needed for this location. The local beach, Sombrero Beach, is not too impressive. Make sure to take the trip to Bahia Honda State Park. It’s worth the extra time in the car to get to a much better beach. The house was recently renovated and is nice for the most part. The kitchen stove does not work too well. There’s a mildew/mold smell in the house, especially in the garage area. There was also some ants mainly in the kitchen area. Overall it was an okay stay.

First of all the place is amazing! From the time of the booking to the time we checked out, we felt like friends of the hosts! They all insured we had everything we needed, and we rented the boat, and it did amazing!!! I would not hesitate to rent from them anytime I go to the keys!!!!! Dean and Colpani are great!!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this „Oasis in the Keys“. It was very easy to find and check-in was seamless. Marathon is a great location if you either want to visit other Keys, drive out to Key West or stay and enjoy the local beaches. Here, you are centrally located in Marathon with everything (shops, restaurants, beaches, diving schools, Marathon Bagel Shop) easily reached within minutes by car. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed grilling on the balcony and looking into the impressive garden with its various palm trees in this quiet neighborhood. Also, the ample supply of beach towels and beach equipment is very generous. Colleen and Jonathan, with their co-host Dean, are outstanding hosts. Communication was always quick and easy. Very much appreciated were the recommendations regarding local beaches and activities: we found just what we were looking for! If we ever have the chance to return to the Keys, we would definitely book here again!

We rented this home for a bachelorette weekend and are so glad that we did. The home had more than enough beds for everyone and is so much larger than you think. The home had everything we needed! Jon and Colpani were great hosts and even came to clean the pool themselves when their contractor did not make it out. They made sure everything was perfect for our weekend away.

Thank you for a great first visit to the FL Keys! Marathon was a perfect, central spot for all of our adventures and this home was in an easily accessible location with a peaceful surround. A wonderful repreive from the sun and fun in this relaxing home. The beds and couch were perfect for our family to rest and relax. Our teen boys LOVED the ping pong table and spent many hours chattering and playing. The home is well outfitted, including a great kitchen with everything you'd need. The extras were perfect! A cooler, beach umbrella, beach towels and more were available during our stay. Everything was easy and relaxed - no extra planning or thinking about how we would bring these extras on the plane. Thanks and we hope to return!

Just finished a long holiday weekend and it was fantastic! We usually stay in Duck Key but this was much better. Very private, and the house felt like we were home. Comfortable bed, pillows, couch, and overall great living space. Fully loaded with everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay. We don't have kids but this house would be perfect for a family. The backyard is good size and while we didn't use the hot tub it would be great to have in the winter months. The 2nd floor massive deck was amazing as you get a nice sea breeze and eye level with the tree tops. The house is brand-new and I can't imagine anyone being unhappy with staying here. We loved it and will be staying here again.

Perfect place for our college friends reunion. All my friends liked the property so much. Close to Dania beach. Jonathan is very friendly and responsive when you have questions about anything. He took us on boat ride and it's fantastic experience.owesome host.

Stayed here for F1 weekend and it was a nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle but not too far from the event venue. Would 100% consider staying here again whenever we are back in town.

Fort Lauderdale was hit with a bad storm that caused a ton of flooding the day before our arrival. Jonathan and Colleen were so quick to respond to us and made sure everything was in order for our stay. Really appreciated them being so easy to work with.
